Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the MartialArtsSystems.com website and the Martial Arts Systems course hosted on Thinkific (collectively referred to as the "Service"), which is owned by Relentless CEO, Inc. ("Martial Arts Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service

(c) Interference: You shall not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
(d) Misuse: You shall not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
(e) Violation of Law: You shall not use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Martial Arts Systems regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
